Minutes of THERTEENTH monthly Meeting

The 13th Monthly Meeting.

The 13th Monthly General Body Meeting of our Association was held on 2nd October, 2023, in the premises of Ramalayam.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of the 13th meeting held on 2nd October 2023 at 5:00 pm in the Ramalayam premises:

1. Birthday greetings:
All the association members greeted the following who have birthdays in October;
i. B. Buchaiah garu ------------ 28/10/1942.
ii. B. Chandra Shekar garu --- 20/10/1959.
iii. Dr. S. Manohar Rao garu-- 02/10/1960.
iv. B. Annapoorna Rao garu --26/10/1961.

All the members remembered two great personalities who have birthdays on 2nd October that's today.
They are;
1. Mahatma Karamchand Gandhiji,
2. Lal bahadur shastriji.
Our senior members Vadlamani garu and V. Yadaiah garu spoke a few words about Gandhian thoughts and his deeds.
Next, Kudikilla Vijay Kumar (SBI)5 garu and Dr. S. Manohar Rao garu spoke a few words about Shastriji, his life history, achievements and sacrifices.

2. Honouring Super seniors:
Buchaiah garu (28/10/1942) attained 80 years of age.
He was honoured as a super senior by the association members.

3. Filled-in registration forms:
All the members were requested to submit the registration forms on or before the next meeting date.

4. Suggestions for improvement:
Suggestions to make the meeting more effective and the association much stronger. It is an open request to all the members.
It was decided to think of an extension of association after we have our own building, even, it is open for any senior citizen as per norms, to join and become a member voluntarily.

5. Get together party:
Get together in November 2023, the committee is requested to visit and check the place and plan, estimate of the expenditure.

6. Oka Manchu Mata:
Due to lack of time, this program has been postponed to next month.

7. Doctor gari Aarogya Salahalu:
Dr. Prabhu garu explained reasons for fall and precautions to be taken in detail.

8. Saradaga Kaasepu:
A 2-minute laughing exercise was performed by all the members in standing position.

9. Vote of Thanks:
Pandurangaiah garu expressed heartfelt thanks to all the members for attending and making the program successful.
